For Contractors

Work with Ivy

Ivy is a local network of independent contractors across CT, NJ & NY, built to work the opposite way from the big lead platforms: homeowners show us the real job, one verified pro claims it, and nobody pays for leads. Apply below — when a project fits your trade and your towns, the full job card comes to you.

Built the opposite way from the big lead platforms

When you claim it, it's yours

On the big platforms, one homeowner's project is sold to up to five pros at once, and every one of them pays for the chance to race to the phone. On Ivy, a job goes to exactly one pro. The moment you claim it, it comes off the board — never resold, never shared, never auctioned.

See the job before you commit

Homeowners show us the problem instead of squeezing it into dropdowns. Every job card carries their photos, their video walkthrough, and their own words — so you see the space and hear what they actually want before you decide anything, and before anyone drives anywhere.

Pay only when you win

No buying leads. No paying for clicks or introductions. Ivy is paid a percentage of the project you win — the rate is written into your pro agreement before your first job, so there are no surprises. You never pay for leads; you share in work you actually got.

Verified means verified

Before your first job, a person on our team checks your registration and your insurance against the real records — not a form you filled in yourself. Not every application gets through, and that's the point: homeowners trust the network because the check is real.See exactly what we check →

“The shower tile is cracking along the grout lines and the floor feels soft near the tub. We want it fixed properly before it gets worse — it's our only full bathroom, so the timing matters.”— the homeowner, in their own words (sample)

How applying works

1

Apply

Tell us who you are, the trades you work in, and the towns you serve. It takes a few minutes — and applying never commits you to anything.

2

We review & verify

Every application is reviewed personally. Before a first job, we verify your home improvement contractor registration and your insurance against the real records — that's what lets homeowners trust the network.

3

Jobs come to you

When a homeowner project matches your trade and service area, we send you the full job card — media and all. You decide whether the job is right for you; there's no obligation to claim it.

The network is new and growing, and projects arrive as homeowners reach out — applying doesn't guarantee a volume of work. What we can promise is that every application is read by a person and every match we send is a real homeowner project in the towns you picked.
